Services are billed as monthly subscriptions in Australian dollars, charged in advance to the card on file. One-off setup fees are invoiced before work begins.
You can cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' written notice by email; you won't be charged for later months. Setup fees are refundable if cancelled before work begins. Monthly fees already paid are not refunded, except where required under Australian Consumer Law. To request a refund or raise a billing issue, email us and we'll respond within two business days.
